We arrange rides and events.
We have regular club runs inc. Fast rides, 50 – 65 miles at 16 mph, medium rides 45 miles at 1 4mph and slow rides 35 – 45 miles at 12 mph.
We ride & socialise with cyclists. You can improve your cycling and get free advice from experienced cyclists.
We do a 10 mile time trial in the summer, also grass track plus road racing.
We meet in Helpston centre on Sundays at 9.00, 9.30 and 10.00 depending on which ride you choose
