The Cycle Plus scheme is part of the Sodexo Employee Benefits program engaged organisations and councils.
It has other names is known as Salary Plus, Sodexo Cycle Plus, Sodexo Cycle-to-Work, Sodexo Engage.

Your Cycle Plus voucher can be spent on various brand bikes such as, Specialized, Whyte, Trek Cannondale, Raleigh and GT. It also includes cycle accessories and  equipment.

There is a fee to be able to accept the cycle 2 work vouchers. As the fee is greater than other cycle to work providers they have to charge more. For non-electric bikes it is a 5% surcharge. On Specialized and Whyte Ebikes there
is a 15% surcharge.

With Sodexo’s Cycle Plus scheme you need to apply for a voucher for how much you want to spend. If you ask for £1200 you still re-pay that amount if your bike costs less.

You should usually apply for the Cycle-to-Work scheme through the Cycle Plus/Salary Plus portal.
You will get a Letter of Collection once the sum you require is approved which will have the amount on.

Take this to a participating bike shop to choose / collect your new bike.

It all sounds a bit complicated but the actual process is speedy and easy because you are applying for
a sum of money and not a specific bike.
