in a busy city,

where parking is very difficult,

where there is an exceptional amount of traffic but you still need a car to cover the distance

By saving some of the journies in cities, this car should will be popular with commuters who are at their wits end of waiting in traffic every morning and evening rush hour when they can cycle faster into town from their car on the outskirts of the city.
